HR CONSULTANT
40 years experience in the Health Sector with over 20 years at senior management level. Service management experience in an acute hospital environment managing a varied team of professionals. Human Resource management both at hospital and corporate level. Since 2001 have served as the Corporate Employee Relations Manager for the former North Eastern Health Board and more recently as Employee Relations Manager for the Health Service Executive covering Community Health Organisation 8 and 9 and RCSI Hospital Group as part of the National HR function. Certified member of the Mediation Institute of Ireland. Significant experience in the health sector coupled with academic qualifications from the IPA, UCD and Griffith College. This experience and academic profile provides a strong foundation for meeting your management and HR needs.

NUALA CLARKE
HR CONSULTANT
40 years’ experience working in Human Resources at local level in the private sector, local
authorities, I.D. Sector and at local and regional level in the Health Service Executive. This involved
working across all areas within HR and for the last 20 years included line management and
budgetary responsibility while working as Employee Relations Manager for the former North Eastern
Health Board and finally at regional level as Recruitment Manager for the former HSE Dublin North East. Academic qualifications include M.Sc. Health Services Management (Trinity College), B.Sc. (1 st Class Hons.) in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations (National College of Industrial Relations) and a Certificate in Training Practice (Merit) (Irish Institute of Training & Development). This career experience, academic qualifications and ongoing knowledge of HR legislative and policy change represents a strong resource from which to meet your HR requirements.
